Aerobics in the water! Our Water Aerobics classes will allow you a full workout that is easier on your body.
Group exercise offers a social and educational setting for a healthier pregnancy. This aerobic class is designed to have you cushioned and supported in the water while providing a cardiovascular and strength workout. The soothing effect of the water provides a safe and conducive environment for prenatal exercise. For women who have just had a baby, the class jump starts the drive to get back in shape at the right pace.
60 Min - The energizing step workout that makes you feel liberated and alive, using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over, and around. Cardio blocks push fat burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone your body.
50-60 Min - The indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. Discover your athlete within!
60 Min - Bounce is a great cardiovascular workout on our mini trampolines. Bouncing burns calories comparable to jogging, but without the stress to your joints – and it’s a lot more fun!
45 Min - Tried and true! Come and take this 45 minute step class. We add abs and back exercises to round it off.
60 Min - Get moving with floor routines that have moderate impact and high-intensity steps, all set to great music.
60 Min - Basic low-impact, easy-to-follow moves plus toning exercises (crunches, leg lifts, back, arms, etc.).
60 Min - Push your conditioning level with this low-impact, five minute interval format. Cardio is crossed with strength training using fitballs, bands, and lift bars.
60 Min - Seated routines that accomplish stretching and strengthening. Most of this class is done in a chair. Perfect for those who have difficulty standing or are wheelchair bound.
60 Min - Hailed as the fastest way in the universe to get in shape! You’ll love this strength endurance class where muscle and music collide. You get all the benefits of weight training – maximum results are achieved in the shortest amount of time!
60 Min - Total Body Conditioning is a muscle class focusing on strength and definition. A great cross-training class, it integrates strength, mobilization, coordination, balance and flexibility.
20 Min - Serious attention is paid to the abdominal muscles, lower back, and supporting muscle groups. Improve your core strength!
60 Min - Get a great cardio step workout while building lean body mass and reducing fat with the use of tubing, bands, free weights, and lift bar.
45 Min - Balance, strength, and cardio intended to target and train your “core” in less than an hour. Reebok coreboard is used.
45 Min - Yoga is for every body! This class takes a customized approach to yoga – poses are modified resulting in less stress to the shoulders, wrists, and knees.
60 Min - This class combines movement, stillness, and breath to create an invigorating flow of poses that leads to strength and flexibility, discipline and meditation. Modifications shown.
50 Min - With Total Body Stretch, treat yourself to soft, relaxing music as you enjoy a well-deserved total body stretch. This class utilizes bands, rings, and rollers.
60 Min - A unique system of stretching and strengthening exercises on a floor mat. Circulation is improved by increased muscular flexibility, range of motion and proper posture exercises. Admission card required.
